TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·        Payment must be received in full prior to arranged meeting

·        Support will be provided face to face for the agreed time

·        Additional support will be subject to the agreed time frame and method

·        A 48 hour cancellation is required. Less notice than this a fee of £50.00 will be payable

All children are individuals and respond in varying ways to changes in routine, structure or boundaries set. In most cases the advice given, if followed ,will result in the desired outcomes. However, the provider sets no guarantees but will endeavour to provide the relevant strategies and advice to the best of her knowledge.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal information regarding the families using my service will remain strictly confidential, with the exception of information sharing with relevant agencies in the event of a safeguarding issue should this arise. My responsibility is to report any issues following the local Safeguarding Children Board (LSBC) procedures.
